Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every piece is crafted with love, and we truly hope you adore what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent Return & Exchange process.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Orders are usually processed and delivered within 7–9 days.

📦 Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact
    All returned items go through a quality check before processing.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Received a wrong or defective item? We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you can self-ship (we’ll refund up to ₹100 if the return is approved).

  • For size issues or wrong orders placed, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Innerwear, Nightwear, and Accessories

  • Altered or customised garments

  • SALE items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect washing/care

  • Items bought from third-party marketplaces

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are provided as Label Aarna Wallet Points, Coupon Code, or Store Credit, valid for 1 year.

  • (Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.)

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify your return.

🛒 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled before dispatch and will be refunded to the original payment mode.
