Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are responsible for what we manufacture and sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy Return & Exchange Policy. 

We allow Return & Exchange of the items purchased from www.labelaarna.com within the specified days from the date of delivery as mentioned below. It generally takes 10-12 days for us to process an order and have it delivered.

Return & Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. 

If you wish to cancel the order, please do it within 24 hours after placing the order. We won't be able to cancel any orders with COD [Cash on delivery] payment mode once they are shipped. Prepaid order would be cancelled only before they are shipped. The amount will be provided to the customers in the form of store credit. No monetary refunds will be provided in any such cases.

The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered.

  • In case the customer received defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
  • If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if you received defective/wrong product(s).(Max Courier Charge Rs 100 Refundable)
  • If there is any size issue/wrong product(s) placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost.
  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.

We do not accept any Return & Exchange of any altered garments. 

We do not accept any Return & Exchange for Inner wear i.e. Lingerie and Nightwear for hygiene purpose. 

Returning an item is easy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items returned must be received within 7 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances:

  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  • Undergarments, accessories, shorts and Grooming products.
  • Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in terms of www.labelaarna.com Wallet point or Coupon Code or Store Credit. Validity of the same will be for 1 year from the date of accrual.

(Note We Will Not Give Cash Refund For Order)

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, then after we will process for Wallet point or Coupon Code or Store Credit as per the Customers wish.

Terms and Conditions for Returns & Exchange

www.labelaarna.com will not be responsible for any incorrect voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

Wallet point or Coupon Code or Store Credit will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product.

You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.

Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
