Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy [Old]

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on the "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 7 days exchange policy on all products.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy:

  1. We have a generous 2-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. 

  2. Please initiate returns via our Returns Centre within 2 days [48 hours] from the date of receiving the product. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.

  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from the delivered address.
    In rare cases that our courier cannot reverse pick up from the delivered address [reverse shipment], the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.

  4. Please note: If we raise a reverse pickup, the package delivery back to our warehouse might take 14 days or more, so it is advisable for you to send the shipment to our warehouse to speed up this process.

  5. Refunds will be processed to the same destination from where the payment was initiated from. We also consider Gpay/PayTM in special cases but a confirmation email would be mandatory from the customers end.

  6. Incase of any manufacturing defect, a complete refund will be issued.
  7. Refund will be issued for the product price paid by the customer minus the logistics. We do not deduct any handling charges and all the shipping charges are also transparent with the customer. Label Aarna will not bear the cost of shipping in case of not liking the product.
  8. Please allow 5-7 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse and quality check is done.Please note, quality check is mandatory at our end before the refund process can be initiated.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: 

  1. Any product that is altered, cut, washed or not in the exact condition as before, i.e, damaged.

  2. If the saree/suit has been ordered with fall and edging.

  3. If the product is customized for you.

  4. If the Return is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  5. If the product is made to order.

  6. Any product dispatched with more than 60% discount through SALE section will not be eligible for return/exchange.

Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Please initiate exchange via our Returns Centre within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Exchange requests will not be accepted through any other medium.

  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from the delivered address.
    In rare cases that our courier cannot reverse pick up from the delivered address [reverse shipment], the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
  4. Label Aarna will not bear the cost of reverse shipping in case of not liking the product.
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
  6. Please note, quality check is mandatory at our end before the exchange process can be initiated. 

  7. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.

  8. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

  9. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing an order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

  10.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of store credit. 

  11. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.

  12. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

FAQ's

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued on your registered email address). Please note, Label Aarna reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Gujarat Jurisdiction only.

How to use the Store Credit?

Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.

How long is my store credit valid for?

The store credit will have a validity of 3 months. Request you to use the credit in the provided time frame.
